This privacy policy describes how Buzzjective ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Number Forge (the "App").

What Information We Collect

Information Collected Automatically

We do not collect this information ourselves. The third-party services listed in this policy (Google AdMob, Apple In-App Purchase) automatically collect the following from your device:

Os version
Device id
Ip address
App version
Language locale
Crash and diagnostic data
Performance metrics

Collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to diagnose problems in ad delivery. We never receive it.

Location Data

We collect approximate (city-level or IP-based) location data only while you are actively using the App for advertising, analytics.

Financial & Purchase Data

Payments are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never see, collect, or store your payment card details — the app store handles all billing, refunds, and receipt processing. We only receive an anonymized confirmation that a purchase was completed.

Local Storage

Data you create in Number Forge stays on your device — we do not collect, transmit, or store it on any server we operate. Data collected by the third-party services described in this policy is processed by those providers, as set out below.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence.

Where we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved transfer mechanisms.

iCloud Backup (iOS)

If you have enabled iCloud Backup on your iOS device, on-device data generated by Number Forge may be included in that backup. iCloud backups are stored and handled by Apple and are governed by Apple's privacy policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). We do not have access to your iCloud backups.

Your Privacy Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Do Not Track Signals

As a mobile application, Do Not Track browser signals are not applicable.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

GDPR-K — EU/UK Users Under 16

Although this App is not directed at children, it may be used incidentally by users under 16 in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom. Under GDPR and UK-GDPR (sometimes called "GDPR-K"), users under 16 (or the lower age set by the relevant member state, not below 13) cannot consent to processing of their personal data on their own behalf.
